Synopsis: When you were a kid did you ever try the tongue-twister of saying "toy boat" over and over as fast as possible? That was the starting point for this piece, although by the time it was finished we seemed to be going in the direction of mocking the naval warfare tactics of sitting back and lobbing cruise missiles at Middle Eastern dictators' palaces, amongst other things.
